Not only picture 14 but picture 1 & 3 show a possible frame crack right above the ejector rod. Pictures 13, 18 and 19 show a lot of carbon on the face of the cylinder around the charge holes and picture 16 shows carbon around the forcing cone. He could have at least used some Lead-Away cloth to remove the carbon.

That revolver has as much chance of being fired only at the factory as I do of being young again.
