What Can't You Quit Eating?

Bacon

BBQ...found a BBQ buffet that is inexpensive and encourages consumption of mass quantities. Bad for me in many ways. It is to the point that when I arrive, the cookstaff is put at battle stations!

Gummy bears, or gummy anything's.... except the lighthouses. (o;

Had to Give Up

Greens, too much vitamin K and I'm on blood thinners warferin sodium. Boy I do/did love spinach, broccoli, Caesar salad, Pesto and on and on.
I'd hate to have to stop eating fish mullet, salmon, grouper and tuna. I'd like to do some *** kicking for all the oil blowing into the Gulf, don't want to start ranting.

Chocolate milk. I keep a gallon of store bought, and a gallon of plain milk w/ Hershey's Syrup as staples in my fridge at all times. The store bought is just for drinking in passing. (Yes, directly from the jug!) When I eat a bacon sandwich is when I mix my own. When I eat a steak, for dessert I pour a quarter glass of syrup, top it off with plain milk, eat the syrup with a spoon, then drink the milk. Wow, after putting this in print, it really looks bizarre!

1. Food
2. Specifically, all of it
3. If I had to narrow it down, BBQ
4. Or Japanese
5. Like sushi (not sashimi though)
6. Oh yeah, seafood
7. Only the kind that grows in the ocean
8. Or dessert
9. And single malt Scotch, and bourbon...(hey J-Frame, Makers Mark is a particular favorite!)

Other than that, I pretty much don't eat.

Cheese. I am a cheese addict, and so are my children. My wife knows that if she buys a block of cheese, she had better hide it or it will be gone. White, yellow, full of holes, soft cheese, you name it! Remember those "Behold the power of cheese" commercials?, that's pretty much me.

Coffee and Coca-cola. Was busted by the doc several years ago now and reduced to only one (small size) per day. It was a little rough for a while - the coffee more than the coke - especially when cold weather is here.

Things to eat... good, homemade dinner rolls and real butter, like my Great-Grandma used to make. She has been gone since 1973, but I still remember her dinner rolls. :)

Here's some perspective.

Actually, it's got high fructose corn syrup in those...which tastes nowhere as smooth as sugar.

If you want white sugar like this:

You need this:

Or, some of the recently made, but now off the market "throwback" Dr. Pepper and Pepsi made with cane and beet sugar. Mmmm.

Myself, I just like sunflower seeds. :D
I also love cheese. A different type every week. I even like goat cheese. Only one cheese I have found I don't like:
