J-22, why only gun currently in my possesion (it was free) in a week or two it will be my 442 no lock .38

Ghetto aka work aka the streets: Sig P226R 9mm

ghetto aka off duty aka home:

Gen4 Glock 19

Glock 36

And once I get a few hundred rounds into my new 9mm Shield that should be carried 75% of the time.

Oh, when I lose a bet with the fiancee'...I'll carry her Kahr PM9 that she carries off duty...

None of the above. I prefer 45 acp. When I need to go lighter and smaller, it is a 9 mm or j-frame 38 special.

I have 3 carry guns, a 9mm, a .380, and a .32 and trust them all. Shot placement is what it's about.

EDC

Mine is a Dan Wesson Guardian in 9mm. It's thin, lightweight has excellent sights and functions flawlessly. 9mm is inexpensive enough to allow frequent practice, the critical piece of the equation.

It depends on the weather and clothing! Summertime shorts-.38 j-frame. winter jeans-kimber 45ACP. All year dress clothes-380 w/tuckable holster.

I carry each of the following depending on mood.
.45acp
.357mag
.357sig
.41mag
.38super
9x23
.327mag
In Sigs, Colts, Norinco, S&W, Pick a part.
Wish I had a Kimber and a Kahr.
Blessings

EDC Carry

M&P 40C....reliable, not too small in my hand and above all it is what I have trained/practiced with so my level of confidence in it is high.

Mine is a 9mm Kel Tec PF-9 with the Northwoods aluminum trigger. Lightweight and 7 round mag capacity. I can pocket carry without printing badly. I have a Diamondback DB380 that I haven't carried since i go tthe kel Tec.

If I'm dressed, I'm carrying this:

1998 Colt CCO in .45ACP

Why?
I can shoot it well, have confidence in it, and .45ACP packs a punch.

(and before anyone questions the extended mag in an Officers compact frame, it's because I can conceal it and like the extra capacity in a lightweight, alloy frame)

Shield 9

Can't vote because my usual is a Colt Lightweight Commander in 45 ACP.

My other carry gun, mainly for when I'm in the woods. Had before my Shield and love it, amazing how much easier the Lightweight is to carry than a standard Colt Commander.
