Depends... heavier clothing and my shirt tucked in I'll take a compact 40 S&W or 9mm. If I'm in normal clothing and just a light shirt I use a single stack 9mm. If I'm in spring, summer, and fall leisure attire with a t-shirt and shorts I have a .380 pocket pistol. Sometimes it's the .380 regardless of what I'm wearing just because it's quick and easy to take.

S&W Shield .40 in Blackhawk IWB
HK USP .45 in Fobus Paddle.

Just moved to a state you can actually defend yourself...unlike MD...just got the S&W, so its been on me ever since...easy to conceal and comfortable to carry. I like the larger calibers for getting the job done with minimal risk of some crack head not going down the first time. Wear the USP when concealment isnt as difficult...ie..wearing a coat.

642 In a Mika or sticky holster. The sticky holster also works nicely as IWB. It stays put. I have a 40 glock and a full size 1911 45 but the 642 carries so sweet.

Glock 22 - Primary (Issued)

Glock 33 - Back up/Off duty.

Why? They both operate exactly the same. Same sights, Same trigger pull etc.etc.

When I first decided to carry concealed I had certain parameters my concealed firearm had to meet. I wanted something reliable, can be pocket carried when needed, was in a caliber used by law enforcement and was fun to shoot lots at the range. I had decided on a 642/442 and coincidently someone at work had a 442 they bought in 1994, shot once, cleaned and put in a drawer. I bought it, made a few holsters and carry it daily, either on my belt or in my pocket depending on how I'm dressed.
