Hey everyone, happy new years.

I have the following:

Pre 17 Masterpiece 6" .22
Model 67 4" no dash .38
Model 28 - 2 .357
Model 60 no dash .38

All are shooters. I love shooting my revolvers. I am looking to add one more to my little collection. What do you guys suggest would be a good add for me that gives me something different enough from what I already have to really enjoy the difference? I really don't want to add a different caliber, so .22, .38, or .357.

thanks

.357 lever action rifle, like a Rossi 92. Pistol caliber lever rifle is a hoot to shoot, for a reasonable cost compared to rifle calibers.

Could not help noticing there is nothing in a caliber starting with a 4 in there. A 25 or 29 and others could remedy that. Seriously though asking anyone on this web sight if you can possibly have enough S&W revolvers will only cost you a lot more money. Enjoy your hobby and let us know when you start naming them.

Nice, that would be fun. I should have asked what Smith and Wesson revolver should I add.

I have many other pistols, rifles, and shotguns. I should have been more specific. thanks

For whatever reason, I am only interested in .22 .38 and .357

just a thing

My thoughts:

Model 686 or 586 in .357 Magnum

Victory Model

.38 M&P Model of 1905 4th Change

Model 36 Chiefs Special

Model 42 Centenial

All of the above are S&W and all will shoot .38 Special.

I should have asked what Smith and Wesson revolver should I add.

3" L-frame (586 or 686), small enough to conceal well, large enough to absorb recoil, well balanced, full length extractor rod.

Available as 7 shot "Plus".

I see a 6" model 19/66, or 586/686 for a .38/.357, or a short/long .22 (4" model 18, or 8 3/8" model 617).

It looks to me like you are missing a .38-44 Heavy Duty or Outdoorsman.
The HD is a fun gun to shoot, and I like the 5" version best for my purposes.

You are doing yourself a disservice by sticking with small bore guns. .45 ACP, .44 Mag and .44 Special guns are my favorites.
