All my wife told me is to make sure there is plenty of gas left in the BBQ tank. To me that means Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, or NY Sirloin. I know she just ran out to get some last minute sides.
Right now I am busy looking up some Egg Nog recipes....![]()
It does appear that my Christmas-Eve dinner will be the least substantial of the bunch.Well at your age it's good not to have to chew to much............. watch out for those 3 ghosts tonight!!!!!!
Tonight..........................
Going to broil some small lobster tails, along with bacon wrapped filets; baked potato on the side........ .....glass or two of Riesling...
for tomorrow we go to the In-laws!!!!!
After I finish installing a hot water heater that went south Christmas eve morning at 1:30 am.

For my 60th birthday dinner, a porterhouse steak, a baked potato with butter and sour cream, whatever frozen vegetables I feel like and a glass (or two) of burgundy.
Bob, well at least It's a DIY project for you. Me I'd be paying for a plumbers first born college education. Merry Christmas..
