What's for dinner?

Celebrated last night and had scrapple with side of Lebanon sweet bologna.
I get the scapple but not the bologna. I generally eat scrapple as a breakfast item. I was in Publix this morning and noticed the scrapple was reduced. I thought about buying some but wife said we still had some frozen South Carolina liver pudding

Last night was rare sashimi grade tuna steak seared with lemon pepper on a bed of caramelized sautéed onions with frozen green beans and Ricearoni. Very tasty!

Got the scrapple (health restricts me on how regular these are eaten) and sweet bologna in the afternoon, and ain't be a patient person to wait till breakfast. Did have some for today's breakfast, however.

Left over from lunch smoked salmon tonight.

Last night's Italian Sausage Sort of Goulash

Don't look now, but

Turkey's are showing up and Ham's should not be too far behind ?

One store has turkey at .47 a pound with a $25 buy in.

The wife is thawing out a saved Turkey breast, that we have had for three months, as I write this.
She could not wait any longer for some "White meat", for her sandwiches.

One of My favorite fall comfort foods. Homemade chicken and buttermilk drop dough biscuits with a side of smashed taters and pan fried string beans and garlic. Sorry , no pics. I Didn’t think of taking a photo until I came across this thread.

Diced and sautéed half an onion, chopped up several celery stalks and carrots, put them in a crockpot with a chicken quarter and stock. Added salt, pepper, cayenne, basil and oregano along with a big splash of Pinot Grigio early this afternoon. Thickened it at the end and it was pretty good!
