What's for dinner?

Stir fry tonight.
I did the prep work, dicing up some carrots, asparagus, green onions, mushrooms, red & yellow bell peppers, celery, broccoli, and zucchini. Tossed all of it into a bowl.
When wifey got ready to cook it she started some rice noodles boiling and then threw the veggies and some chunked chicken into a skillet with olive oil & butter. Sauteed it all together, and then added some Thai peanut sauce.
Served the stir fry over the noodles, and tossed a handful of chopped cashews on top.
I added a little siracha to mine to spice it up a bit.
Good stuff.

I love tartar sauce on my tots.

Blame the Belgians as they taught Europe to dip their fries in mayo.

I bet it would be good on tots, I'll have to give it a try. I prefer it on all fish over cocktail sauce. I traveled to Canada about 40 years ago on a fishing trip and we stopped at a place to eat lunch. I got a hamburger and fries, and it came with mayo as a dipping sauce. Of course at the time I just thought the waitress was bonkers and thought I was an uber mayo fan!:D
