Dad said that cornbread with sugar is called cake.
My youngest puts sugar in her cornbread muffins.

can i ask for the time and temp to smoke the quarters? Have a bunch in freezer from $1/lb special.
These were about a pound each and took around 1 hour 45 minutes at 250 degrees until internal temp (probe) reached 165 degrees. Took off, wrapped in foil and rested for 5-10 minutes).
Recipe called for the rub under the skin but, evidently, I did it my way.
