Eating healthy tonight (healthy for me 
). Simple, filling, and good.
I cut these chops from a whole loin about 1 1/4" thick. Grilled to 160 degrees and brought inside-juices still running.
Garlic potatoes from scratch and cream peas. Sweet tea to drink.
The wife's mixer burned up over the holidays and she still hasn't told me what kind she wants, so the potatoes were mashed and whipped with hand tools.
