Wait, people actually "buy" pickles? Why???

Because they want one's that they know they can eat? Have you ever tasted a bad homemade pickle? Horrible! Sort of like biting into an extension chord while you have a mouth full of motor oil.

The label had a pickle walking down a dirt road, whistling with a fishing pole over his shoulder. Haven't seen those in about 60 years.

I’d of had to buy those just to try them.

Gherkins sweet pickles

I enjoy most any pickle. Fond memories from childhood of my great grandmother's homemade sweet pickles.

These days I buy Wickles and Wickles relish. Spicy and sweet at the same time. On a burger I need Best Maid dill chips or Wickles. Potato salad and chicken salad get sweet relish or Wickles relish depending on my mood as do brisket sandwiches. Dill relish is for hot dogs and sometimes for potato salad in place of the sweet.

Bubbies B&B are like candy. My mother used to have big pots of B&B pickles in the cellar before jarring them. Wonder how much aluminum we ate as a kid between them and tomato sauce.
