Where's my kickstand?

Got my first new bike in about 32 years today. They don't make 'em like they used to. It wasn't until I got this home, that I realized it didn't even come with a kickstand.

This is my new ride to and from work.

Nice bike....I've got a Specialized I've pounded for almost twenty years and the darn thing won't give up.

The kick-stand that Specialized sells cuts into the aluminum frame material. I just lean mine against walls.

My Kona came without a kickstand so I bought a clip on. Didn't want to scratch the shiny new paint

Ten years later I've wiped out on every surface out there, but I still hate to lean the thing against a tree. It's probably my motorcycle training.
