Who Likes Iced Tea?

I had stomach surgery and Barretts esophagus in the early 90's. It is on my no-no list for reflux.

Yep, I like my ice tea,,,,Lipton Pure Leaf Sweet Tea! ;)
At least one bottle per day!

Don't like iced tea as I typically see it. Don't like sweet tea, either.

It may not count, but one of my favorite drinks is iced green tea lemonade. So good. It's one of two drinks I'll get from Starbucks (the other is hot chocolate). I also like the green tea with citrus that (I think...?) Lipton makes. I just think green tea and citrus, with a little sweetener, is a tasty combination.

I dont drink soda or alcohol; so drink a lot of ice tea. A lot.
I make it by the pitcher, drink regular thru the day and decaf in the eve. Probably several quarts daily, though mine is likely watered down. Never any sugar added, always unsweet.

As for my wife, she said she'll drink tea the day I eat broccoli.
Which means she will never drink tea. LOL

OK, but I don't seek it out. Drink it sometimes at restaurants (remember those?) At home I generally drink lemonade, using the little plastic packages (sugar free) from WalMart that make up two quarts. I have been drinking that lemonade for at least 10 years, I mix it in a 2-L plastic soda bottle. I have also heard that tea causes stones, don't know if it is true.

Use very little sugar these days. The fast food place tea is way too sweet. Order 1/3 sweet - 2/3 unsweet. On the few trips we have take overseas i really missed my iced tea. On last trip we were in Frankfurt, Germany and after much gesturing and nodding of the head the folks at the Starbucks got it right.

Loves me some sweet tea. Grandma in Salina, Kansas made it. Also my wife used to make sun tea every summer.

Interesting. Thanks for the tip. Am becoming too fond of (don't want to say 'addicted to') raspberry iced tea from the supermarket. There's a surprisingly large section of those powdered drink packets in the supe. Don't want my fam doc to say I'm pre-diabetic, if I can help it. I'll prolly be mixing them in a 2-L raspberry iced tea bottle. tho!

I don't drink soda so other than water and coffee all drink is iced tea. I take a gallon with me to work and it'll last about three days.
I like strong black tea but absolutely no sugar or sweetener.

I don't mind flavors but it has to be fruit. Nothing weird like sage or some hippie stuff. (Jk)

I drank lots of ice tea until my Dr. told me it can cause kidney stones. He switched me to lemonade.

I was drinking about a gallon every day until I ended up in the ER/hospital with 5 large Kidney Stones. Now I just drink it at dinner.

There is no correlation between iced tea (tea) and gall stones. Stones are formed more by sweets, fats, fried food and others.

I've drunk an ocean of iced tea in my life, both sweet and unsweet, but I got tired of it running straight to my bladder so I've about given it up. Most of the commercial iced tea out there tastes either like chemicals or straight sugar to me, so I mostly made it at home, obtained from a good supplier.
