Absolutely not-thousands of children are killed every year by these things-no wait, I mean swimming pools-
But sure-make it a federal offense to let a kid shoot a "dangerous" gun-and if an adult breaks that law-send in SWAT to kill the parents--wait maybe thats for parents who get in car wrecks and hurt kids-yeah-just kill those people.

I started all of my kids and grand kids off early shooting

A SINGLE SHOT RIFLE that had to be cocked for each shot..

An UZI???? No reason for anyone to have one. I would not shoot one!!

I agreed with everything you said until the last paragraph. Just because you wouldn't shoot one doesn't mean that I don't need one. You don't get to decide that . . .
