I'm looking for a SWC .357 and .44 magnum loaded at least a little warm? Is their and factory options out there?

Ammo-To-Go has 158gr LSWC ammo from MagTech and Remington in stock on their site.
WADCUTTER Ammo : Ammunition To Go

Finding factory LSWC .357 Magnum ammo is going to be more difficult if not almost impossible. MagTech does make them but finding them is a totally different story.

Grizzly Cartridges makes a 180gr Lead Wide Flat Nose .357 Magnum round that is very hot but it's not really what you asked about.

Guess I'll have to save my pennies and roll my own after I save and buy the equipment.

What I really want to be honest is an old school warm 158gr load, that won't break the bank again I keep coming back to rolling my own.

I just did a quick search of my regular ammo on-line shops, all I see is average 357 stuff - 1300 fps 158gr HP and JHP, and only a couple of LSWC listed. Everyone wants hollow points, everyone sells hollow points.

The hottest factory loads I know of (and there may be others) come from Double-Tap - typically 1600-1700 fps from 4" bbl.
Example here (not LSWC though):
DoubleTap Ammunition

Buffalo Bore also has some 1500 fps rounds. This might be the 'warm' stuff for which you are looking. Still it is not LSWC.

I have a box someone gave me of 125gr Double Tap I won't even shoot in my K frame 13-1.

I've decided last night rolling my own is the only way to affordable to do it.

I don't know if it is still loaded the same way as it was when I was using it years ago, but Fiocchi ammo seems to lean toward the warm side.

That may have changed if the lawyers got them to dumb it down (like many ammo manufactures) to protect them from the ambulance chasers.
