Detassling Corn for Pioneer, was at my Uncles
Western Auto in the Mid-70's.
Wage----$2.50 per hour

My favorite little bank has seen the error of their ways and has acted in a timely and responsible manner regarding the $903.88 taken from my account which was never received by the person I owed the money to.
Now the story is a check was issued and the confirmation of that which I have is correct.
The check has never been cashed. The Automated Clearing House wire showing on your statement should not be there. We are putting a stop payment order on the check that has vanished and you will be able to see the $903.88 deposited back into your account by Monday. 
It all reeks of embezzlement to me, but I'll probably never know and will simply be happy to get my $903.88 back.

ohh, I'm over stuffed.
After we got back from the Y my wife cooked up a bunch of hot spicy chicken burritos. She pulled them out of the oven and served up half. Went well with cold beer and plenty of it.
Tasted so good we had the rest.
I don't feel too guilty though. All I've had otherwise is a granola bar for breakfast.

Reminds me of what I told my neurologist when he gave me a preliminary diagnosis of ALS and said there's nothing that can be done.
"So, should I dig a hole in the back yard while I still can and have my wife ready to roll me in?"
...seems like it would be difficult milking one...
