This Still Urcks Me!
Just heard again on the National News about the $15 an hour minimum wage thing?
So let me get this straight, my wifey is a office manager at a local dentist office in Brentwood Tennessee, one of the richest areas in the nation (google it) and has worked hard since she was 19 years old. And is 59 now. And only makes $21 an hour? And is proud of her position and her wages.
So a Bozo starting out at Booger King expects $15 an hour starting wage? A booger flipper? And a female that is running for the presidency is pushing for it nation wide. I understand some states, cities and counties already have it in the works? And understand that in some cities you can't live on $7.50 an hour. But What will this do to small businesses? What will a meal deal at Wendy's cost then?
I always worked for myself as a Car Broker, for over 28 years before I lost my leg and always made real good money. But I always felt I could make as much as I wanted, with hard work, knowledge and determination! No one handed me anything. I started out at 16 years old part time, pulling parts at a local junk yard @ $1.35 an hour and was determined to do better for myself and my family. I LOVED the car business and worked my way up! One year at local auto auctions, I spent 1.2 million dollars! And yes that's millions. (10 and 15 thousand dollar Cars/trucks add up quick) And the last few years before I retired (before losing my leg to a drunk driver) I made 6 figures! With long hours, hard work and dedication! And loved every minute of it! And luckily, me and wifey invested well.
So these Booger Flipping Butt Clowns think they are in titled to $15 an hour? What if they become the shift leader at Booger King, will they expect $30 an hour? Or more?
What is going on in the world?
Maybe I'd be better off instead of drawing my Social Security disability, go sit on a corner with out my prosidic leg on and bum for money?
If a 18 year old pimple faced kid is In titled to $15 an hour to stock groceries, I'm in titled to $35 an hour bumming money? Me and him deserve it!
