New Jersey is facing a new challenge. A new bill (A655) has been introduced in the Assembly. Under this bill, magazine capacity would be reduced to 5 rounds. This would virtually make EVERY semi-auto handgun illegal in the state. From what I could gleen, there is no provision to grandfather legally acquired magazines up to the current legal capacity of 15 rounds.
The likelihood of this bill passing through the legislature and moving to the incoming Governor to be signed is highly likely!
