The Covid-19 pandemic is creating new and more bizarre twists. Just when you think things are settling down a new outrage "skyrockets" or "surges". My local pharmacy is bursting at the seams with home Covid tests. 1-1/2 months ago they were like illegal contraband on the black market to get. That same pharmacy is giving away 3M N-95 masks, limit 3 per customer. Methinks public opinion is being whipsawed unmercifully by pollyanna tales of the sky falling, while at the same time being kept ignorant of salient facts.

I have read that any lengthy exposure to sub-freezing temperatures will taint the test kit results. Probably not the best time of year for the USPS to be leaving them in mail boxes.

The wife and I both had the Rona last month. The Chinese government supplied tests both showed negative. I read somewhere that low temperatures ruin the tests. American made tests purchased at the pharmacy were positive.
