Probably high, but then I have looked for one for nearly five years and found none. They are not very common.

I am amazed nobody has snapped up the one Karnivore has for sale on the Forum. Amazed. Anyone with an interest in third-gen 40s should be on that thing like a duck on a June bug. If I didn't already have one, I would be!
One sold on GB earlier this week for $650 and it was pristine, with box, etc. Another has been for sale with an as-yet-unreached reserve and a buy it now of $850, and it's used iwth box, etc.
Kinda hate to think of what I paid for mine a few months ago, when they hadn't come up for auction anywhere during the six months I had been looking! But I do love it. Great pistol!

I'd love to and would've had I not just popped on a CS9 last week. Just bad luck timing on my part. Sometime between the buy it now button on GB and his post. It's staying on my list of grail.

$569 isn't a bad price if its still in good condition. As many have stated these don't come up for sale very often. Of course if you can get one here on the forum for less get that one today. In any case you won't regret getting one of these great pistols. They are very easy to carry all day and are fun to shoot.

I almost let mine go last year for $500. Glad I held onto it. Mine has about 1k through it and its been my bread & butter carry weapon for about 7 years now. I was lucky and scored mine NIB from a hole in the wall gun store. I did everything I could not to scream like a little girl with excitement when I saw it. They had it out front and never sold it, put it in the back of the store until they got low on inventory and sat it out.
