686 identifacation year made

I have a 686 i bought new in 2006, and was wondering if anyone could tell me when it was made. And what some of the lettering meens on the box. Features 06 a2 md gr bf sw sr fs cs zs. Under the cylinder it has cjv7883. Thanks i would appreciate any information.
