Claimjumpers here in The People's Republik serves up a passable chicken fried steak dinner with biscuit & gravy. Yes, they call it "country fried" but at least they get the gravy right. I've actually been served up a biscuit and plain beef gravy here.

When in the midwest one of my great joys is gettin' aholt of a sho' nuff chicken fried steak with biscuit & gravy. MMMMMM.....
