Good evening drifters. I was watching some of the music videos and was wondering, is every body like me, when you watch one video and it ends they show several more videos and I can't help myself I just have to watch a couple more. They're like potato chips I can't watch just one.
Anyway it's 73 degrees in the desert tonight with another great day in store for tomorrow but the high 90's are coming next week. It's gonna warm up a bit and we should get into the 100's in May. Ahhhh....summertime is coming.

Good morning, Drifters - partly cloudy and 37° F in Ballymakerra! On my way to the National Stud Farm to see some horses.[emoji3]

Green Peppercorn and Mushroom Sauce.
Start by sautéing a mess of mushrooms, in avocado oil or butter.
Add a tablespoon or so of green peppercorns, jarred or canned.
Add about a cup of dry red wine, simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add a few squirts of this, or similar:
Then add a reasonable amount of this, then add a bit more.
A teaspoon or two of this, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for about another 10 minutes.
When the sauce coats the back of a wooden spoon nicely, you're done.
It goes well on steak, sliced beef sandwiches, French fries, asparagus, baked potatoes, or just about anything edible.
Oh yeah, it goes great over slices of meatloaf.

Good Saturday morning all! Up early this morning because of the impending storm the weather talking heads have been predicting. I must be worried subconsciously,sort of like sleeping with one eye open. They keep telling us of bad weather the next four days and we just can't stand any rain in the area where I live. We will probably have drought the rest of the summer! Drift on,don't worry,be happy.
Why am I here? Where is here? Is my confusion geographical or existential? What's the essential difference between fog and mist? And which best describes human existence? Are hotcakes, flapjacks, and pancakes the same thing with different names? And which best describes human existence?
Is the drift really a drift? Or is it just circling in an ever tighter concentric pattern until all disappears into a whirling vortex of roaring, dark nothingness? Wait...sorry. I think I just described the toilet flushing. Does this best describe human existence?

As the drift is on existentialism, how can anybody remember anything from university days, the nights in the dorm and elsewhere is where it was !
My major issue remembering in university (note the English terminology
) was just before and during an exam ! 
But as with today's university people I knew it all !
