Annoyed at thread drift

I just got this Cuisinart coffee maker. It makes real good drip coffee.
Now, this thing makes 4 cups. Who measures the cups for these guys? I get one good mug of coffee out of the thing, then get out the grinder and the beans, start over...
There's also the Keurig maker next to it, and those little K cup things cost a buck apiece....so I gotta use the re fillable little mesh K cup cartridge, out comes the grinder and beans again...
I'm going back to the pot of water and a double handful of Folgers and an eggshell.....

Had a slow down on my coffee maker this morning,took it forever to fill the pot! Guess I will have to try and figure out what is wrong with it . May have to shop for a new one if cleaning doesn't cure it,it is all electronic and I think maybe the heating element may be bad.

My heating element quit working years ago.

Yes, the hat is ***** ugly. S/S vs O/U, I've never shot a S/S, Have wanted a 20 ga Citori for ages. Tried shooting trap with a 12 ga Superposed but that was a bit much.
