Annoyed at thread drift

You are not paranoid if there really is someone after you. Now they are in the drift! Next thing you know they will want to change everything you know or thought you knew. They move in and take a little here and a little there until you are under their thumb and can't do anything they disagree with or say anything they don't allow. Minions are very dangerous but nothing compared to Emperor penguins who wish to control us all.

Apparently the first reply to the OP was too far for you. You have my sympathy in that I've also posted a few things that I wished I could have deleted before they were quoted. Perhaps a few of the old tunes offered this evening will make your visit to the drift come out as a positive experience. Oh, don't fret too much over the fate of the OP. So far as we know he has drifted off to a different planet.

By the way, this whole mess of a thread is all Chattanooga Phil's fault--see post #2.

It must be a terrible weight on his conscience. Assuming he has one.

He had his conscience surgically removed. He was in law school, but couldn't stomach some of the required ritual sacrifices.

A good Sat.morning to the drift. Heading to the Hill Country this morning to do some work at my deer lease,going to be HOT but maybe some rain to cool it off. Have to check out what damage from all the storms this year. A friend was in my shop yesterday showing me pictures from the area that so many people died from the flash flooding. A lot more damage than you see on the tube,may take a long time to repair the bridges etc. Mother Nature is very powerful ! Hope everyone has a good weekend.

In my experience a lot of people have treated PTSD with whiskey and still do. I don't know how Civil War soldiers could have not have had it due to the terrible carnage they endured during the war.
