I've got a question for any of the Drifters that like to cook. Every since I moved to San Antonio, my pasta doesn't turn out too good. When I lived in OKC I had no problem cooking up a pot of nice al dente spaghetti noodles. But here in San Antonio, they come up gummy & stuck together. The only thing I can think of is a difference in the water. The mineral content is a lot higher than in Oklahoma City. Any Ideas how I can get around that? Will one of those filters you put on the tap do the trick, & if so, any recommendations?
