Seems that unfortunate taste in music is timeless and universal.

Good Morning Y'all!

Good Morning!

I for one, Love this thread! I wasn't feeling good last night and was up till 4:30 this morning. Nothing was on TV of course. But stupid infomercials!

So I came here and was entertained by the music videos and the goofy nonsense! I enjoyed it!

I for one would HATE to see this thread go away!!! It keeps me entertained and out of trouble in the main area. "Most of the time"?

So I hope we can all play nice? Take our silly meds and live another day to post more goofy stuff and the 1960's-70's music videos! I love it when the videos, flow with the topics!

I know some the photos got redundant? But a few of our favorite things posted are Great! But again, when they flow with the flow, it's GREAT!

So have a good day, boys and girls! Stay safe! And as Doctor Coo Coo would say, take your meds!

So enough of the preaching! And on with the SHOW!

I call it the delirium channel! It sure beats infomercials!! And my wife's NAG Channel!!!

Good morning, Drifters.

Had my 2015 vehicle at the dealership ALL DAY yesterday so they could investigate a specific "check engine" alert. They told me the problem was cleared after the vehicle's software system was updated through 4 revisions. I've owned the vehicle for 13 months. I asked why I wasn't notified that 4 revisions/updates were required to be made to the software running the electronic core of the vehicle. They didn't answer the question; what they told me was that they could use their wireless tablets to access the vehicle's onboard diagnostic system's IP address, thereby determining that my "latest software flash" wasn't, in fact, the latest. In my opinion, what this means is: "Sir, we don't want to notify you by e- or snail mail that all 2015 vehicles of your make/model require frequent software updates or even notify you as the updates become necessary. We'd rather keep you ignorant and force you to pay us to do routine mundane maintenance tasks when you bring your vehicle in to determine that your software is a year outdated." Having said that, this morning - only 14 hours after I retrieved my vehicle from the dealership, the VERY SAME "check engine" alert blazed across my vehicle information system's display screen. After convincing the dealership that they were going to provide me with a rental replacement at no cost, my vehicle sits at the dealership waiting for the technicians to figure out how to fix it by close of business on Monday. I realize this is a trivial matter in a world filled with real misery, but I often wonder how we built the Empire State Building in 13 months.[emoji2]

Ordered a salad at McDonald's. Yes...a salad. Here's an actual transcript of the conversation.

Me: "I'd like a Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad with Southwest Dressing. That's all, please."

Employee: "Do you want Crispy or Grilled chicken with that?"

Me: "Grilled."

Employee: "What kind of dressing would you like with that?"

Me: "Southwest. "

Employee: "Is that all?"

Me: "Yes, that's all."

Me, to my wife as I pull forward: "Were we playing some kind of de ja vu game just now?"

Which or Witch Doctor?

Not feeling well? Told my wife before she goes to work on Monday to make me an appointment!

She said "which Doctor"? I said "I'm not going to a witch doctor"! She said it again? So of course I had to be a smart eleck and say it again. So we did that about 4 times! So finally she asked (kinda yelled) "what Doctor"? So I told her! I thought it was funny as heck!!! :D

She didn't find it humorous? She's mad and hasn't spoken to me in hours! Not a bad thing, I guess?

Maybe I do need to see a Witch Doctor? Couldn't be any worse than the kwacks, I already have! If it wasn't for the young super cute nurses in their tight scrubs, I'd fire all of my doctors!

Good afternoon all! Hope everyone is having a great Saturday. Not to great of a day here it's kind of rainy?
Up early and out the door with my doctor to a local gun show. Great show but you can see that a certain person has caused a rise in gun sales and prices!

I got pretty lucky though I bought home a brand new in the box Beretta Md#92S. For $395. I couldn't beat the deal! So that's my story for today, and I'm sticking to it!

A picture of what my new Beretta looks like ;) Granted its not the latest version but it is new and at least half the money!
