Good job, I've got another pound and a half to go.Happy Friday, Drifters! I got on the scale today to see that I've lost 20 pounds put on during the winter since I went into "summer mode" on June 11. A FitBit, 10 miles of walking daily and at least a 1,000 calorie deficit over intake made it easy. I find that with a good mix of high protein, low fat meat like venison, steamed crisp vegetables, fruits and water, I'm feeling great at 1,300 calories daily.

...Friend just brought me fresh shrimp from the Gulf so I guess I will cook them up this weekend. Long weekend and I am not going to do very much but take it easy if allowed. Let everybody else fight the holiday crowds and roads. Drift on!
