Another has crossed the rainbow bridge

Living til 17

It doesn't sound like you 'abused' her too much with that bacon and steak. Actually I'll bet she thought it worth the risk. What you say about the little boogers is absolutely true. They adopt us, not the other way around. Goodbye to another little sweetie pie. Another one waiting at the bridge.

Nice looking little dog. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Funny how many dog personalities shine through in pictures, isn't it?

I'm so sorry for the heartache. Both John and I still miss our loving bunny that passed six years ago. He was a real character and his memories will always have a place in our hearts. The heartache is there for us to remember how much we loved our furry friends. When you are ready you will invite a new thief to steal a piece of your heart.

Thank you all. The kindness from people I've never met face to face is truly amazing.

Dog people are a special breed indeed.

My heart goes out to you, we went through the sorrow with our dog, still talk and dream about him many years later. Always remember that you gave that special animal a loving, caring life. 17 years is a long time for a dog to live which proves how much you loved her and how much she loved you.

Sorry about your loss; but she had a good life with people who loved her. Many children can't say that. She'll be waiting at the bridge.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your Best Friend, Zoey. Your photograph of her has an impact I wasn't prepared for.

If Zoey could have talked, she'd have told you what a wonderful time she had with you. Then again, I'm sure she did tell you.

Zoey has gone on ahead, but you will be together again.

It is a sad fact that we are destined to out live our furry companions, who add so much to our lives, and ask for so little in return.

I am so sorry for your loss.

So very sorry for your loss, she was a beautiful lady. Our pets are very much a member of the family. RIP Zoey.

Sorry for your loss. I know how you are feel. I had to put my 16 1/2 yo pekingese down 10 years ago. I still miss him. He was the best dog I ever had. It gets better but there's still a hole in your heart that's hard to fill. Take care and remember all the fun times you all shared together.

Zoey will have a heckuva reception on the other side of the Bridge from all of the other S&W forum dogs. They'll show her all the fun stuff and comfortable places. They all keep each other company, you know, while each one of them awaits a special person.
