It's very sad to hear about Phil's passing. He was a very nice guy and contributed a bunch to this forum, especially in the Gun Leather section. He used to post pictures of his holster collection, many times with a hat that he liked. I bought one of his books, RENOWNED GUN LEATHER, that he authored shown above in turnerriver's post. I also asked him to autograph it. I talked with him a few times over the phone in the last few years. I also bought a terrific Heiser holster from him when he was selling off his fine collection. Here is a picture of that holster that I am posting in his memory.
