Great forum. Have lurked for years. Lots of useful information. I am a revolver guy through and through. I made the mistake of picking up anow approx 1927 1905 4th change in nickel 38sw special. And now just acquire an approximately 1948 pre 10 in nickel in 38sw special. This goes along with my I believe 1895ish top break in 38sw.

I love the two 38 specials and shoot them often. Superb firearms. While I have many modern revolvers I am now hooked on these classic guns. My wife loves them as well.

Very lucky 😍man. Except she likes to claim every new snub I buy as a purse gun.

These are the first six 6 shot groups double action, off hand at 10 yards with 4 different loss. 158gr lead round nose, 158gr lswc, 130 gr fmj win white box and some 130gr reloads. Still trying to learn this grip. Ordered an Altamont Ivory target grip. It felt good with a houge mongrip but just looked to dang ugly.

Darn good shooting there. Minute of bad guy.

As we all know, this can be an addictive habit.
You have already been pushed over the edge.

There's a darn lot of guys and gals on here that

related. This is a great group of folks.

Another welcome from Arizona.
My wife decided it was "Her or the Gun Collecting" a few years ago - I tried to explain that money is made everyday, but these old Smith's are nevermore. The divorce was finalized last July. I paid enough money to her to make my safe, safe and now have a girlfriend that understands the addiction, wants all my snub nosed revolvers for herself and despises plastic automatics. You've got a keeper, first round out of the chamber - some people are lucky that way.
Welcome again,
Jeb
