Saw today that a local counter sniper shot his(perp's) rifle, hit the stock, so he couldn't get any more shots off just before the SS shooter took him out. Also, Gov. Shapiro will not allow the autopsy report to be released. WOW!!!

He stopped Crooks and importantly, I believe the shot damaged the buffer
tube on Crooks’ AR. I won’t be certain of this until I can examine Crooks’ rifle, but I’m 99% sure,
based upon reliable eye-witness ESU tactical officers who observed Crooks’ rifle before the FBI
harvested it as evidence. This means that if his AR buffer tube was damaged, Crooks’ rifle wouldn’t
fire after his 8th shot.

As near as I can tell, the Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) medical examiner performed an autopsy on Crooks which was completed on August 5. But apparently its results have not been released to the public for unknown reasons. Allegedly the Butler County coroner has been given the autopsy report but is not commenting on it. Another strange story is that Crooks' body remained on the roof until 6 AM the following morning until it was removed and transported to Pittsburgh. Again, if true, no explanation why there was such a lengthy delay.

I read on AP or somewhere similar that there is no legal requirement in PA to release the autopsy, so I guess we can all go pound sand on that front.

Knowing nothing about autopsies, my question is what would be gained from suppressing an autopsy report? It seems logical to me that the report couldn't say much beyond Crooks died as a result of a bullet impact to his head and whether he had drugs in his system or not. What other information of value would there be that would be controversial? But there was also much criticism over how poorly the JFK autopsy was performed.
There's the death certificate, which is public within a few days if you want to buy it, and the autopsy report, which takes much longer and only goes to the police and prosecutor. Here's a sample law:
24-11-7. Examination; autopsy; inquest.
If the deceased is unidentified, the state, district or deputy medical investigator may order the body fingerprinted and photographed. When the state, district or deputy medical investigator suspects a death was caused by a criminal act or omission or if the cause of death is obscure, he shall order an autopsy performed by a qualified pathologist certified by the state board of medical examiners who shall record every fact found in the examination tending to show the identity and condition of the body and the time, manner and cause of death. The pathologist shall sign the report under oath and deliver it to the state, district or deputy medical investigator within a reasonable time. The state, district or deputy medical investigator may take the testimony of the pathologist and any other persons and this testimony, combined with the written report of the pathologist, constitutes an inquest.

Authority of board. — If a medical investigator suspects that criminal conduct caused a death or that the cause of death is obscure, the board of medical investigators may, without the consent of the decedent or the decedent's family, order an autopsy or apply to disinter the decedent to perform an autopsy. In re Johnson, 1980-NMSC-069, 94 N.M. 491, 612 P.2d 1302.

Public access to autopsy records is a matter of state law. I have no idea what PA law is on the issue. Here, access to autopsy records and most of the death investigation is limited, and I am sure that law was modeled on older laws in states farther east.
I read something on the dark web recently that fully explains everything. Zelensky's second cousin had a fling with an American businessman who's great uncles 2nd wives nephew in law is a 2nd shift custodian at a Sikorsky plant...and that person does not agree with Trumps opinion on the Ukraine war. When you connect the dots its obvious that the military industrial complex is responsible.

Considering that we still do not know all the details of JFK,s shooting, certainly makes me wonder.
