Well you made it home before I knew you were in the pokey. Glad you're home but prayers continue for a quick recovery.

Glad you're getting to go home. Take care of yourself and I hope you get well PDQ.

It's great to be home, the dog likes it too! 
Have had bruised ribs in the past but a cracked, compressed disc, never!
Pain meds are working along with the good old heating pad.
I have to say that the pain I experienced with this is far more greater than I have ever had, even worse then when I had my heart attack so many years ago. I'd hate to feel what it would be like with a broken neck or a broken back? Don't want to experience that and wouldn't wish on anyone!
Would have rather went to the gun show though!
Just kicked back with nothing to do?
The wife has given strict orders to do absolutely nothing, that's hard to take?

Sorry that I missed this as I my plate has been full the last few days. I am glad you are out of the hospital and on the mend and I will continue to pray for your comfort.
I just left there myself as my blood pressure dropped. If ya feel like throwing a prayer my way I could use it.

Or...the disc could be replaced with one or more taken from a (seriously...don't laugh) cadaver. A friend of mine had that done years ago. Funny thing, too...before the surgery, he didn't know to dance a lick. Now he can cut a rug with the best of 'em.
The only thing it has going for it is that the alternative is worse.
