What age group frequents what forum?

I'm not that old, the old general still salutes, just doesn't get to march in too many parades these days.

I think age is actually a two part thing....your brain doesn't know how old your body is... especially when good looking your women are around......young in my case is 40...:D

22, about to graduate BSME, looking for a job, too many guns and no money

Be of good cheer. You are one of those who will benefit from the glut of nice guns that will hit the market when us old coots start to croak. The money will come. Be patient and be frugal. AND vote against the democrats! ;):D

I'm a few months from 50...reckon that puts me kinda in the middle of the pack on this forum. I'm also member of the Sig Talk forum, the Arizona Shooters forum, and 10 mm forum, although this is the only one I really contribute much to.

I think I tend to respond and post on the Modern Revolvers and Lounge sections the most. I usually just peruse the New Posts section to see what catches my eye. Hey bobelk99...you caught my eye!

I retired from the Air Force 13 years ago. I'm old enough to remember watching Neil Armstrong step foot on the Moon on live TV.

The only other forums I frequent are militaryphotos dot com and a site dedicated to modeling warships. I don't carry a cell phone of any kind, unless I'm traveling. No Twitter, Facebook, MySpace or anything else along that line.

I told the young gal clerk at the grocery store today I was 28, I mean 82. She sure giggled at that.I fell in love with S&W's many years ago & still are my favorite. Still hunt deer every year with young guys. All my old partners have gone over the hill.

Kicked off and out has never been a problem too me--just the mods.
I like it here and I like it at a couple of other places also.
At 73, one must have learned that he/she can't please everone, or impress, and stops trying.
Blessings

I'm a 44 year old AR-15 owner. Picked it up about 6 months ago, long time fan/ first time buyer. Just got into shooting a year ago. I've always enjoyed shooting but didn't have the time or the funds for it. Now I still don't have the time but did have the funds. Now I make time to go shooting & love every minute of it! I consider myself middle aged, neither young or old. But have to admit firing my AR makes me feel younger!

Usually I'll hit this site every day. Start out at Guns for Sale then to the old revolver section. I don't post much.
Would like to get better at photography and posting pics here. When I try, I forget what I learned last time.
76 years old but I'm sure that has naught to do with my lapses.

45 here. Picked up an M&P 22 a while back and came here for "a deeper understanding". After reading up I found myself visiting a ton of the subforums and enjoying the camaraderie and civil discussions that are generally not associated with other types of forums. I spend more time here reading than I probably should. This is a good place with good folks with lots of knowledge. Go visit a football forum and you'll see exactly how great this place is.

I'm in my 40's, but am convinced I was born 50 years to late.
I love history, especially all things related to shooting, police & military. The varied backgrounds & areas of expertise among the members is amazing.
I truly appreciate the information freely given here on the forum & the fact that it's almost always delivered in a civil manner.
I frequent the forum at least once a day, hit unread posts first, then 1800-1961 revolvers & classifieds.
The only other 2 forums that have members near as nice to each other are Kahr & SigTalk.
Thanks!

We need a snorting emoticon. :D

The younger of my two kids is 47.

I don't pay a hell of a lot of attention to age here, and this is my only forum. At 76 I know there are guys older than I and lots younger. I think there's at least one about 19 (a revolver fan, as I recall--there is hope!) and I know one is 88. I expect the majority are boomers or older, but there's a nice range.

The thing I like is that nearly all these folks are civil, helpful, ready to support a member who is hurting, and mostly funny.
Some are just downright nuts, naming no names. :D
One year behind you but like you this is my only forum to frequent. So many dysfunctional nut cases both young and old on the lounge and most are wheel gun nuts to boot. Id don't get any better than that for my money. Be back in a minute. Gotta get a nip of George Dickel # 12 so i can keep all this mess in its proper perspective. Popper
