According to news accounts, the suspect was captured after running into a nearby neighborhood that was saturated with cops. He was taken to a hospital with "injuries" or an "unspecified illness".
Charges: "assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, assault with a firearm on a law enforcement officer, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, common law robbery, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest on Saturday."
Theoretically, this person shouldn't get out of the slammer for a few years. Based on past incidents, my prediction is that he'll get bail and be back out on the streets very soon. He may have to wear an ankle monitor, which he may or may not decide to cut off before he commits his next felony.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
