What's for dinner?

Garlic butter Rigatoni with Italian sausage and a nice warm loaf of fresh made peasant bread.

Amish tacos with Nutter Butters for dessert. A previous pic of Amish Taco's

Those aren't leftovers...that's prime eating right there. I worked with a fellow whose father made a no bean chili for chili dogs...not hot but just right with either beef or beef polish dogs...Ol Harve passed without writing down his recipe. and the fellowI worked with passed last October...High rate of cancer in the fire service. Hard to find good take out food here in Flyover Country..Can't even get a good Corned Beef on Rye(or hardroll) with coleslaw with Russia dressing

No pics yet...It's not quite done. We're having Chuck roast as a pot roast din din with lots of carrots taters and onions with either broccoli or asparagus. My granddaughter calls her grandmother an asparagus alcoholic. Yeah I peeled the taters. I'm planting taters this year in the garden...homemade French Fries cooked in peanut oil. Like Thresher's French Fries in Ocean City Md....Gotta add. Without the seagulls

The other thread regarding food prices notwithstanding last night MsNative mixed together a couple large cans of tuna with a couple eggs, a box of stuffing, pan fried the patties and combined mayo, horseradish and sriracha for a dressing. Right tasty.
