What's for dinner?

We love baked potatoes. We rub ours with grapeseed oil and bake them sans foil. The skin is the best part.

Totally agree on the skin part! I spray them with a little Pam, then a dusting of Lawry's, then on the Traeger. They come out with just a little crunch and are superb. [emoji41]

I went to one of our food stores and while looking at the seafood case, one of the women helpers, told me that one item was super good and even a Caveman could cook it.
She pointed out a package in a foil pan that stated, Cajun seafood Boil on the label.
It had 48oz (3.0 lbs) of shrimp, muscels, clams, potatoes, corn and sauce in the container.
I took two home and we had our first test run tonight, with the fisrt one that was taken out of the freeze, for a 12 hour thaw time.

Directions called for just 30 minutes in the oven with a stir and on the table, to enjoy.

We both enjoyed the meal and are looking forward the the second "Caveman" package, in the future.

Try one if you like seafood, you might also like it?

Nothing fancy tonight, just some wings on the Traeger (with a side salad). But boy, wife and I love these things!

The girls decided to go to Bingo tonight so I was on my own for dinner. Looking through the fridge I found leftover pork roast, thin sliced black forest ham, Swiss cheese and kosher dill pickle chips. Hmmm, all the makings for a cuban sandwich!
