What's for dinner?

I made a batch of chili tonight…. Will need some time to simmer but so far so good.

Ah, chili. We have it several times a month. I have sampled chili from many, many whistle stops across this land and found a different variant at almost each one.

I honestly can't recall having a bowl that was unpalatable.
 
Must have been in the air this weekend. Not a true 'Cincy-style', but I did add a little cinnamon, chocolate, allspice & clove. On noodles Saturday night. Then on a dog Sunday night.
