Baked green peppers, stuffed with a mix of Spanish rice & hamburger, topped with melted cheddar cheese, and a slice of garlic toast on the side.
Tuna salad/mater soup.
Is there ANY kind of bread that tuna salad does not 'go good' on?

John, at least once, try the new Rao's freezer pizza. Too expensive, $12 here in the valley, and only 18 or so ozs, but a real surprise.

Bill, Ruthie said that between your plating and your photography skills she believes you could make a deep fried flip flop look palatable.
Tonight mine was a 6oz bottle of Suprep with another 10oz of water added. Followed by two more 16oz cups of water over the next hour.

Dinner last night: Sous vide and pan seared Elk Sirloin Steak with a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce, Pommes Anna potatoes (I slightly burned) and a tossed green salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette and micro greens.
Alright Bill, like was said in the first "Dirty Harry" movie, "I got's to know!". What is your cooking history, are you a trained chef? Because when I see your food and presentation, my first thought is YUM!

No training but I've been watching cooking shows since I was in grade school and still do. I follow a number of chefs on facebook and elsewhere. Cooking is easy if you can read a cook book.
Plating is hard and I still struggle with with it but I'm getting better. I watch some of the chefs and they make plating look so darn easy and simple.
Thankfully even if you just toss stuff on the plate it will still taste good.
