Alright Bill, like was said in the first "Dirty Harry" movie, "I got's to know!". What is your cooking history, are you a trained chef? Because when I see your food and presentation, my first thought is YUM!👍😀

No training but I've been watching cooking shows since I was in grade school and still do. I follow a number of chefs on facebook and elsewhere. Cooking is easy if you can read a cook book.

Plating is hard and I still struggle with with it but I'm getting better. I watch some of the chefs and they make plating look so darn easy and simple.

Thankfully even if you just toss stuff on the plate it will still taste good.
