After seeing the fried bologna dinner I got to thinking about the pan fried SPAM I used to eat a lot as a younger bachelor.


Nah, the actual plan for tonight is a trip to Live Oak Grill just up the road with my next door neighbor. Chicken fried steak, green beans, and mashed 'taters is what I am thinking.

Last night was a couple NY strips and salmon from my little Smokey Joe
but tonight was chipped WalMart rotisserie chicken with buttery rice and mushrooms.

Just went to the store. They had ribeyes on sale. Bought cheap and stacked them deep. So, one of those with some pasta and green beans will do me just fine. Also picked up a 12 pack of beer, so, I'm set on the beverage as well. Picked up a piece of chocolate cake for dessert, too. It's good to be the King.

Wife left me alone for 3 days. Today the weather is lousy, so I went to Bass Pro and picked up 200 rounds of 9MM for my recent 659 purchase ($21.99 for 50 rounds). Yesterday I got two Subway Clubs for $12.99. That was dinner yesterday, breakfast this AM, lunch and dinner tonight. A little more than 3 bucks a meal and it keeps my weight down.
