Oh, not much, most of the stuff is in a bag inside the vehicle. Just add phone (), keys and wallet.

I wear a Utility Belt-left side, cell phone, mini-maglite, right side , folding knife, multi-tool.

My EDC has changed dramatically in the last year. I wear actual street clothes maybe twice a week (church & hiking).

90% of the time when I leave home I'm either going to the gym or the VA and I'm dressed like this.

And I'm carrying this:

Except I don't take the gun to the VA.

Cheap water bottle, phone charger & ear phones (apparently sweat is bad for your hearing aids.) My 7 dollar Walmart fanny pack. My weight lifting notebook and my personal fitness plan . My gym lock.. My OC (UDAP). My SAK Climber. And my Glock 43 and a reload. And of course my phone (not pictured) and my wallet.

I'm with SIG, I travel light compared to you guys. P365 front rt pocket. Cell phone front left pocket. Wallet back pocket. Maybe a knife if I think I may need it. No reloads no lights no first aid stuff. I have a "bag" in my truck for that stuff, and even a hatchet…… I'm curious, do guys who carry a small flashlight carry for utility use or self defense use? As in shooting in low light? My phone has a good enough light for utility purposes.

I carry my light for various reasons, I guess all of the above. My little single AAA light is so small it doesn't take up any space and puts out enough light for most things. It's a Streamlight Microstream. It's much more practical than a phone light for a number of reasons. Try holding a phone in your lips to use it's light.

Wallet
Pocket knife
Often a gun
Keys

I see no need for a flashlight, tourniquet, first aid kit, or a bull whip.

A flashlight can help you get out of a store, building, elevator or home that has lost power and does not have a backup generator or the backup system fails. It can help out in any number of vehicle breakdowns, emergency situations, etc. I often use it in a very dark restaurant (low setting) when reading the menu becomes a hassle.

The thing is you never know when you will need one! The flashlights are so small and light now days, it has become very easy to carry. Some will say that they carry a cell phone with a flashlight - that's great, however if in an actual emergency situation, a flashlight can drain a battery life when you want the most extended battery life you can get for phone calls. Also, a cell phone flashlight is not all that bright. Last but not least, one of these modern super bright flashlights can also help in a self defense situation by temporarily blinding an assailant with the strobe feature. The SOS feature is a welcomed one as well although that is something you can do manually I suppose.
