Left over turkey from Christmas. We wound up with two turkeys for Christmas and only used one of em, figured we better use it before it gets terminal frost bite!

Got 50 lbs of Fresh Crawfish in from Lafayette LA...
Surprised my daughter ( she loves them )
Gonna have an old fashioned Loo-ease-e-ana Crawfish boil..

Crawfish.. potatoes.. fresh corn.. onion.. bell peppers.. and lots "O Cold Adult Beverage.."

Started a new shift at work in Feb. No more 4 on/4 off. Straight 5 days, 2nd shift. And most Saturdays, too. No cooking time.

I will fix a good meal next weekend, though. I started it today.

We had ours this evening. Pretty basic stuff, ham, potato salad, green beans, deviled eggs, rolls, banana pudding and lemon cookies. Simple, but fit for a king.

Easter

Ham, deviled eggs, lamb, asparagus, scalloped potatoes, sweet tea, adult beverages, dinner rolls, and whatever daughter - law - brings, besides her ham. we are usually alone so this is a real treat.
