It's a toss-up between Pecan & Strawberry/rhubarb.

But the ice cream has to be hand cranked.
My sister and I requested pie for our birthdays when we were kids, I'll do almost ANYTHING for pie, especially gooseberry.

I ain't had a gooseberry pie since we moved to town from the ranch 10 years ago.

Once't in a while I manage to come across a rhubarb or strawberry rhubarb pie. Just ain't quite the same.

Nobody likes cocoanut cream pie? Piled high with merangue with little toasted shreds of cocoanut. Good stuff.
Also a big fan of pecan pie.

A friend used to bring them back when he visited.

My favorites Blueberry crumb is hard to say no to, cherry too! But then a good pecan pie always is a hit with me, even key lime. If I have to pick and I can t have one of each, I will take whats local and or freshest.

My least favorite Boston cream, pudding and whip cream, ahh its good stuff just not pie to me.

My girlfriend makes me a killer peach pie with heavy whipping cream added before baking, it sets up firm. MMMMmmmmm

Rum cream pie, with a regular crust instead of graham cracker and shaved bittersweet chocolate on top.

Sweet potato, pumplin, pecan (being a southern boy). I prefer peaches and blueberrys in a cobbler
