Where to find PMags in stock

Thankfully my midway USA order on 12/19 got processed and is shipping. Went to see about buying a few more and they will not even take back orders anymore. Still hoping my botach order from 12/18 ever gets filled.

I had the "in stock", then suddenly "Oh wait, that's wrong!" thing happen several times to be, but not when buying mags, it was when I was trying to buy my S&W M&P 15 OR. Everytime I found a great deal on GB for one, I would buy it, get a confirmation I had bought it, then a little while later, a message saying that the one I "bought" was on lay-away and no longer available. That happened FOUR times. To say it smells fishy is putting it mildly. At least two of the places relisted a bunch of guns with much higher prices on them. Hmmm. I finally went to Bud's and got one, for only about $100 more then the cheapest one I tried to buy on GB. It came in a few days. That gun is now selling for double what I paid for it.

Sir, I sold a gun in order to find a Hi Point 4595ts. I made money selling the Marlin 336 30-30 and started bidding on GB.
My first bid was $339 which is $5 over MSRP on a used one with 3 mags. I quit at $400 and it ended up at $471. A little over a week later it is back on GB, same gun, same descriptions, starting at $400. I searched the web and found a Hi Point dealer that had brand new ones coming in right after the first of the year. I got it for $390 with a spare mag plus enough left over to buy a couple of accessories. I am starting to think the gouging is getting a little out of hand.
p.s. I have reported sellers to GB before and have gotten good results, just to let you know!

You guys paying 40+ bucks for steel mags are getting ripped off big time. I buy and use steel mags from Mako, 18 bucks each, still in stock and they ship pretty quickly. I own about 2 dozen of them and they have never let me down. Way better than the brownwells garbage, cheaper as well and they outperform the pmags (of which I own about half a dozen). They have a note up now regarding extended shipping periods, before the mad rush they were shipping in 2 to 3 days so I hope they catch back up and return to quick shipping. Still, I'd buy Mako mags over pmags any day, even with the long wait for shipping.

Many of the local Academys had pmags last week, picked up a couple. Read a number of reports from other locations saying the same thing. It's hit or miss, they haven't had any when I've gone this week.

I don't like a company charging my card then not shipping until they receive their product. Lots of complaints on this.....

Botach has a long history of listing product on their website as "in stock" and then after you order, they send you the dreaded email " this item out of stock and will be backordered". But the item is still listed as in stock on their website. They have employed this tactic for years. I am a victim of this as well. After doing some research on this website, I discovered what kind of reputation they have. Oh well, I am going to wait for a little while longer. Needless to say, I will not order again from them.

Magpul pulse:

There are several sellers on GB that have Gen2 Pmags for fixed prices of $21 each delivered.

I'm hesitant to pay that as prices have dropped $5 in two weeks!

It'l be awhile before PMag gets moved and caught up. $21. delivered ain't bad if you need some. I've had great luck with the Gen 2's.

I just went to the mailbox and got my order from Grabagun.

I had ordered 2 Magpul Gen2 Pmags.

I received 2 Troy mags.

A call to Grabagun got me a service rep that knew right away why I was calling. He said a guy in shipping screwed up a bunch of orders. He offered the Troys at a $5 discount and I said no thanks.

He said he'd immediately send out two new Magpuls and a return label for the Troys.

I'm hopeful that's what happens. That would be good customer service in my eyes.

I saw on the internet where Magpul has stated that they will be moved and producing new mags within 30 days. I heard they were going to Plano, Texas. I also saw on Fox news where Colt, Remington might be moving. They are actively looking around according to Fox.

Yep...won't order from them again. They sent me a tracking number and said my mags were shipped. Two days later they sent me a oos notice. When I sent an email to question the two notices I got no response. I am done with Botach.com
