Can it be any name or are they particular?
I have always liked the name Louise Mandrel after listening to her sing and seeing her on TV. Burger joints ask me for a name to go with the order I tell them Louise Being a big burly construction worker the name kinda sets them back. Which brings me to a story about a friend who would tell them he was a doctor. I asked him what happens if somebody here starts to choke and they need a doctor? He says he will tell them he is a doctor of philosophy

Drifting in on Wednesday without a name and I am wondering who picks the stories that the talking heads on TV report on? Do they really think we are as dumb as what they feed us seems to indicate,or is there something I am missing?

Some comedian suggested to use the name Puhpuh (or maybe Pupa) so when they call you they announce PuhPuh Party.
I have been wanting to try using the name Birthday - so when they call you it's Birthday Party of 4.
A friend of mine had a telephone answering machine message that said leave a name and a number - did not ask that I leave MY name and MY number - so I would leave messages along the lines of Phil, 7 or Joe, 12.
I once left a voice mail for my brother along the lines of "You man, this be Phil, call me back at fee-fo-fo, fiddy-fi, fiddy-fi." He said he listened to is a number of times trying o figure out who it was when his wife listened to it once and said "ya dummy, that's your brother"
When my other brother had a pager we would send him messages using the numbers for the weather service and such.
