    Ruger Revolver SP101

I have the 4" version, I put wolf springs in and now have light strikes with mine on occasion, haven't shot it in a few months(need to rectify that) but I know my reloads I need to use a certain primer in to not have light strikes. I also prefer the stock grips, but I'm a recoil junky and enjoy...

Keeping on my pace, I now need just 4 3.5 mile runs to hit my Fundraising goal of 50 Running miles this month. It will raise about $500 for the MDA if(when) I hit my goal. This morning I pushed myself and ran 3.5 miles in the time I had been running 3 miles just 3 weeks ago. Including my fastest...

Got up for my morning run. Pushed myself today to see what I could do. Finally a sub 30 5K according to my phone app. My Garmin watch said I needed to run longer to get to 3.1 miles so I ran until it said I was done and I ran that in 31:01. Either way I was happy with my run and it felt great...

rain this morning. But health and fitness doesn't stop for the weather. My 5K was my fastest this year and I also had my fastest single Mile time. Soon I'll be back to under 30 Minute 5K's again. Before a knee injury and time off they were always under 30.

    Reloading 5.56 question/Hornady Die

I called and asked Hornady about a replacement part. They are sending me one, I also bought an extra. I was asked earlier about lubing the inside of the neck, honestly I can't say 100% sure if I got them all done well or not. I will certainly be doing more of that when I get a new neck sizer...
