Is that beer or brake fluid?

Back at home and caught up the drift. Burned 615 or so miles on my truck going to my lease and back today and am still buzzing from high speed cruising, average speed entire trip about 72mph and there are no Interstate miles in the mix but a lot of those two lane roads are real empty and have a 75 mph limit that I push pretty hard. Old truck likes to cruise about 80 when cam, heads, and exhaust really start working together real nice and will get about 20 mpg driving steady.

I remember one time many years ago. I was trying to remove the front wheel from my '75 Toyota Corolla SR5.
Don't remember why.
Anyway, one of the lug nuts was being stubborn so I put a long pipe on it.
I grabbed the pipe with both hands and pulled up on it. Looking over at the car, I could see that I had lifted the front of the car off the ground by the front lug nut. After bouncing it a few times, it finally broke lose.
Can't understand why I get occasional back pains.

Went to the Y today. After that we went to do our monthly grocery shopping after stopping at Denny's for something to eat.
Big mistake, the food was horrid.
Went to Walmart and found Perfecta ammo. a box of 50 rounds of 158 grain .38 special FMJ was only $14.75.
Anybody have any experience with Perfecta?

It's Italian, how bad could it be?

Well the Great Pumpkin came and went and the race is over in Virginia now the cigar is almost done as is the little drink I poured myself so it must be getting close to bedtime. So you folks drift on into the night and I will go to bed and dream of the Spirit of Thanksgiving. Nite all.

I've shot it in 9mm and .38Spcl. Reliable range fodder. I think one of the Walmarts near me had .357 JHP, but I wasn't that interested, so I didn't look closely.

At least around here, Perfecta is on roll back, so it's fairly reasonable. Of course, it wasn't that long ago that 9mm range fodder was about $7.00/box.

Denny's is very hit or miss. I've had decent meals there and lousy meals there.
