Annoyed at thread drift

My grandpa raised rabbits. As a kid, I helped him butcher them. I would grab one from the hutch and hit it in the head with a hammer to dispatch it. Then I would hand off to grandpa who would hang it on a board from some nails. He could skin it and clean it in nothing flat. He would throw it in a bucket of cold water, and I would wash it off. Then grandma would cut them up, fry some for supper, and freeze the rest.

Can you imagine what would happen to kids these days if they talked about hitting rabbits with a hammer? They have no clue that those Happy Meals don't make themselves.

This video made me wonder...Where does one get a job as a coconut fitter & what kind of training would be involved? I would be willing to take on the job training & would require few benefits...:cool:


I believe the ship in that video is the USS Russell, seen here at Pearl Harbor
