How do you interpret the 2nd Amendment?

Just saw this picture online...

and recently saw one of these on the streets of Aurora,Co.

I believe I also read where Alamosa,Co. is getting one.From what I've read online they are not exactly the best mode of transport given the tight quarters and how LEO is being outfitted.The operational cost is also quite prohibitive.

The only thing these vehicles do is project a fear of the Government by the civilian population when it should be the other way around.

Just makes me wonder what other toys DHS will be giving away!

I never call it The Second Amendment.
I call it by it's proper name:
Article Two Of The Bill Of Rights.

That always ticks off the anti-gunners.

I can live with that.
